“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Matthew 18:20, KJV

Spiritual Direction
A spiritual director gently supports you in deepening your relationship with God. These sessions create a nurturing environment where you can explore God’s profound wisdom and unconditional love. We all seek guidance and clarity during our life’s journey. This sacred space is dedicated to attentive and compassionate listening.
Spiritual direction is beneficial for everyone.
Who benefits from spiritual direction?
- People in ministry or leadership need a sacred space to think. They should also have a space to be vulnerable. This environment allows them to reconnect with their own spiritual wellspring.
- Those discerning a life decision whether vocational, relational, or professional who want to listen more intentionally for God’s guidance.
- Seekers and questioners who feel restless or spiritually dry and are looking for companionship on the journey.
- Longtime practitioners who want to deepen their prayer life or explore new spiritual practices with gentle accountability.
- Anyone craving stillness and presence in a noisy, fast-paced world.
- Those seeking to grow in their spiritual practice can benefit greatly. If you want to explore prayer or reflection, direction can be a place of holy curiosity. It is also great for discovering new ways of connecting with the sacred.
- People navigating transitions or challenges. Life changes can stir spiritual questions. Direction helps you recognize God’s presence—even in uncertainty.
- Individuals discerning vocation or preparing for ordination. Spiritual direction provides a sacred listening space for clarity, courage, and calling.
- Anyone sensing a desire for change. Whether you’re restless, unsure, or simply yearning for “more,” spiritual direction honors and nurtures that longing.
This is not a full list. People have many reasons to seek spiritual direction. Normally, a director and directee will meet once a month.

Richard Rohr says, “If you do not have someone to guide you… you will normally stay at your present level of growth.”
Dreamwork
Have you ever woken from a dream wondering what it meant? You felt as if the dream held a significant meaning. Universal themes and symbols are seen by all dreamers, even from centuries past. Dreamwork allows us to explore and interpret the messages and symbols in our dreams. We find the multiple meanings a dream expresses to us. We then use the messages to help us in our waking, conscious lives.
Dreamwork can help individuals see the multi-layered meanings in their dreams. This allows for honest self-examination and the potential for spiritual growth. Working individually with a spiritual director on a dream can aid in processing difficult emotions. It provides a safe environment for these experiences.
