Katie Rea
I completed my Spiritual Direction Certification with an emphasis in Dreamwork. I earned my certificate with Wisdom Tree Collective.โAs learning is a lifelong passion of mine, I am actively continuing my spiritual education.
My goal is to help others grow in their well-being and faith. I’ve always desired to help others and it is a humble privilege to be an engaged partner to others as they grow in their faith journeys.
The desire to write has been with me since childhood, so I maintain a blog about spiritual direction, religious topics, self-help, and mental health. Please follow my blog and subscribe to my newsletter here:
For over a decade, my previous employment was social work in the healthcare industry and non-profit work with the unhoused and those going through recovery. The overlap of these two different fields had a commonality: helping people analyze their current situations and helping them realize healthier life choices were within their reach.
We all have a sacred journey as we travel the twists and turns of life. The path we forge is unique to each of us, there is no universal approach.โA Spiritual Director is that foundational companion in your journey.โ
